After almost ten years in business, we understand and appreciate the amazing bonds between pets and their families, and the need for “above and beyond” pet care.  As a valued customer, Chesapeake Pet Resort & Day Spa is excited to offer a unique “Loyalty Club Membership” opportunity with “all-inclusive” pet care packages to enhance each of your pet’s visits with us.  Loyalty Club Membership provides for “VIP” discounts on lodging, and bathing services, as well as additional perks per pet not offered to the general public.  A beneficial option for frequent visitors, Military, and multi-pet families, or those seeking fabulous inclusive pet care options for a deluxe pet resort experience.  Each of our exciting membership packages are outlined below.      Bronze Paw Membership: $199/year    

Value package ideal for families with one pet or more seeking discounted Civilian and Military rates for lodging, grooming, & daycare services.

·         1 Cat lodging day for each cat lodging visit of 10 days or more

Membership application, and renewal, is subject to approval and an annual fee to activate discounts and benefits, and is limited to three (3) pets per household. Additional pets per household, add $50 per pet per year. Membership is activated upon full payment of dues.  Payment plans available upon request. Membership fees are not refundable (barring catastrophic situations for consideration). Lodging and grooming discounts are greater than those offered to non-members, offering substantial savings.

Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Membership applies to pets in the same household (same address). Military discounts are for any active or retired personnel with ID and are also valid for Police or Fire Dept. personnel with ID. Lodging discounts apply to Indoor-Outdoor Patio Runs, Deluxe Cabins, or Kitty Condos. Perks are “per visit” or as otherwise indicated (excludes one-time offer per year for Health Plan, Video/Photo email, and T-shirt).

 

Health Coverage Policy is limited to emergency medical care for one pet per membership year, for any medical emergency while your pet is on our property. Does not cover non-emergency related lodging medication fees, pre-existing ear or eye infections, Kennel Cough or Canine Bloat, or illness not reported to us within 48 hours of check-out.  Intended for emergency Veterinary care and transport fees in the event of the need for medical attention at any time during your pet’s visit with us, that is not the result of any lapse in our care, obviously.  Does not include any situations resulting from pre-existing conditions.  Does not include pets 10 years of age or older.  Any additional medical fees due beyond the limits of the plan purchased, will be the responsibility of the pet Owner. 

 

Grooming discounts listed are specific to each package, and not in addition to each incremental package. Grooming services are limited to canines only, not felines. 

 

Winter lodging rates discounts apply to our off-season period, with approximate dates of January 5^th  – April 15^th each year, excluding any Federal Holiday Weekends or Easter Week. 

 

Membership benefits subject to change, however, terms of any active membership will be honored for the duration of any membership agreement.
