Our facility is situated on over 10 acres, and was Formerly known as "Hollywood Kennels."

The kennel includes 30 Indoor-Outdoor Runs and 12 Feline Condos, including a separate area for pets with special needs. Interior Canine Suites are of block construction to provide privacy, and include 6 foot tall individual exterior galvanized fence partitions that measure 10-12 feet in length. All of the exterior covered fenced runs were replaced with new in April 2006. Each of the exterior doggie doors are fitted with pvc weather strip flaps, for additional protection from the elements during the day, allowing pets to come and go as they please into their outside run. At night, and during inclement weather, the solid interior doggie doors are closed to secure pets in the building. There are also double gated security measures at every entrance to prevent escapes. All additional fencing around the property was replaced during the Summer of 2004, with new 6 foot tall galvanized fence, and the addition of two large play yards. The building itself is of block construction with many recent electrical and plumbing upgrades.

All pet areas include color Satellite TV for round the clock comfort and background noise (Rate "G" or "PG" channels only! - - we hide the remote's a night just in case!), in addition to night lites already in place, to enhance our pet guests' stay with us. Our Cattery includes 2 windows for kitties to perch and peek outside for bird and critter watching!

For emergency back-up power supply there are two generators, to ensure a continuous water supply, lighting, and temperature control. Our heat source is a newer oil furnace to warm the entire facility, including back-up heat supply if necessary. Cooling is accomplished with a newer central air unit, with window units for back-up. We also provide continuous ventillation and humidity control throughout the building. Water is supplied from a deep drilled well water source, additionally treated to prevent any possiblity of waterborne pathogens. Bottled water is also available upon request.

Our staff has been educated regarding significant pet health issues and warning signs for pets that may be in distress, allowing us to rapidly respond around the clock as needed. This may include contacting one or more of the quality local Veterinarians for care and/or transport as a situation may warrant. In the event of storms, pets are individually monitored to reduce stress, day or night, and our Emergency Plan includes a network of resources with local Pet Aid organizations. Full Time and Regular Part-Time Staff are required to participate in the American Boarding Kennels Association (www.ABKA.com) Certified Pet Care Technician Training Program.
