Customer Hours for Check-Ins, Check-Outs, & Tours are offered as follows, (15 minute cut-off before all closing times):

Monday through Friday:	8 am - 11 am, (Closed 11 am - 3 pm), and 3 pm - 5 pm
Saturday:	8 am - 11 am
Sunday:	3 pm - 5 pm

Customers should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to any closing times, especially first time customers. We appreciate those that understand how busy we are behind the scenes even when the office is closed, as well as around the clock, to ensure your pet's care and exercising and safety are consistent.

If you or a designated friend/relative are not able to arrive during the posted Hours listed above on any given day, you should plan on arriving the following day during posted Hours listed above.

The Lobby will be closed on the remaining Dates for 2008:

• Labor Day: Lobby Closed to the Public
• Thanksgiving Day 2008: Lobby Closed to the Public
• Christmas Eve 2008: Open 8 am-11 am Only
• Christmas Day: Lobby Closed to the Public
• New Year's Eve 2008:Open 8 am-11 am Only
• New Year's Day 2009: Lobby Closed to the Public
