Peak Date Rates: include dates on or surrounding major holidays, Federal holiday and "three day weekend" dates, and Summer dates, (New Years, MLK weekend, President's Day weekend, Easter Week, Memorial Day, Fourth of July 4th, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.) Peak Summer Dates are on or about May 10 through September 10 each year.

Non-Peak Date Rates: include dates on or about January 10 - May 10 (except for MLK weekend, President's Day weekend, and Easter), on or about September 10 - November 15, and on or about December 1 - 15. We reserve the right to adjust Peak and Non-Peak dates as deemed necessary based on available staffing and other considerations.

Deposits: are refundable with 10 days notice during peak date periods, and 72 hrs notice during non-peak dates. Credit card deposit refunds require a 3% transaction fee to cover the costs of our credit card terminal fees.

Lodging Extras
Lodging:	Available to Dogs and Cats for Indoor-Outdoor Patio Runs, Deluxe Cabins with private play yards, and Kitty Condos. Other pets are also occasionally accepted. Peak & Non-Peak Rates apply.
Doggie Daycare:	$ 20 per day. Includes multiple play yard times with staff during the day with food and treats as requested, individually or with other pets. (Group playtime guests require approval and temperament tests). Space may not be available during peak dates or holidays as our lodging space fills months in advance. A great option for busy "parents" that don't have time to take their dogs to the dog park! Let them come play with us for the day! We have several families that visit us daily for their pet's well-being and excersise. Pick-up and Delivery service also available! We'll come to your home to pick your pet up, and bring them back home at the end of the day! Available for customers within 30 miles of us. Call for more info and current availability!
Deluxe Cabins:	Choose from three Deluxe Chesapeake Bay themed detached Cabins: The "Chessie Lodge," The "Woodland Cottage," or "Crab Cove Cabin." These individual cabins offer "above and beyond" ammenities for customers seeking the optimum in pet care accomodations. Cabins include custom beds with comforters, pillows, and rugs and curtains, heat and ac, private patio play yards and at least 2 "Extra" playtimes with staff per day, in addition to daily cleaning and pet care visits. Frequently requested for Long Term lodging, Day Trips, Anniversary or Honeymoon travel, when pet Owners desire more ideal accomodations. Pick-up and Delivery service also available! We'll come to your home to pick your pet up, and bring them back home after your travel! Available for customers within 30 miles of us. Call for more info and current availability! Pet Nanny and Errand Service:	In-Home pet care services available by request. Great for mid-day pet walks while you're at work or pets with special needs or insulin shots! Frequently requested for cats that don't like to leave home! Special rates for multiple dogs and cats. Includes up to 30 minutes of one-on-one time with your pets by pre-screened staff, taking your dog for a walk around the neighborhood, feeding and cleaning services, home security check and bringing in the mail, watering plants, and other services by request. In addition to our Pet Boarding Credentials, We are also a member of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS), Pet Sitters International (PSI), and are fully Insured. Pet Taxi and Pick-Up & Delivery Service:	Local Transport: Let us do the transporting for your pet's local travel needs to the Vet, groomer, or to visit us for daycare or lodging, or even other destinations!
Grooming and Day Spa Services:	We offer full service grooming and spa services for pet lodging and daycare guests, as well as by appointment. Pricing based on size, temperament, coat condition, etc. Variety of shampoos and products available, including oatmeal shampoos, light and dark coat shampoos, flea and tick shampoos, and de-shedding conditioners. Current vaccinations required. "Do-It-Yourself" Pet Grooming: $20 per pet	Use our facilities, bathing tubs, and supplies to groom your own pets! Includes everything you need including shampoos, towels, dryers, and brushes, in our newly renovated Grooming area. Raised tub stations are easy on the back and knees. Offered at $20 per pet. Current vaccinations required. This service has taken off like crazy with our customers, so call soon for your appointment!
Ideal Pet Guests:	We prefer Pet Guests that are well socialized, healthy, happy, and obedient, and less than 10 years old. Please speak with us if your pet's needs are outside of this range so we might best serve you, on a case-by-case basis.
Pet Guest Restrictions:	We do not accept pets that are aggressive, destructive, escape artists or diggers, pets that are sick or heavily medicated, pets with extreme separation anxiety or other mental health issues, or "above and beyond" excessive barkers or howlers. For safety reasons, aggressive pets or pets with other significant issues not brought to our attention, will be sent home, or invoiced for additional staff and time deemed necessary by us, totally at our discretion.
Senior Pets:	Pets 10 years or older, may be charged additional fees per day, or per time, for required additional monitoring and attention, as requested, or deemed necessary by us. Call to us about your Senior pets and any special needs or requests.
Lodging Extras:	Customers may choose from our list of fun "Extras," listed on our Lodging Extras Page, to enhance their pet's visit with us. Be sure to take advantage of our popular "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" offer that includes Nature Walks, Extra Playtime or Group Playtime, and TV Snuggle Time! Mix and Match for extra fun!
Medication:	Medication fees will be added to your invoice and are determined based on the type of mediation needed, frequency of administration, and other factors specific to your individual needs. We do not accept medications mixed in with food from home. All medications must be in their original containers from your Veterinarian or the manufacturer. Any medications or vitamins, etc, that require staff time to administer, will be charged a medication fee.
