On Check-In day, please bring your pet in on lead, or in a pet-carrier, and a copy of your current vaccination records, if not already on file with us. New customers are asked to print the forms below and bring the completed copies in on Check-In day. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to any closing times to allow time for pet check-in. All food, treats, and medications should be labled with your last name, however, we do not guarantee return of any items (except unused medication), due to the huge volume of materials that typically arrive on any given day. Please do not bring bedding, laundry, or bowls from home. We have all of those supplies, plus lots of toys needed for your pet's comfort.

The "Pet Instructions" form below provides an easy way to plan all of your pet's grooming and fun Resort activities out in advance of your arrival. This has worked well for both new and returning customers. Simply print and complete, and provide to us at Check-In! We'll automatically schedule your grooming appointment on check-out day, or other day at your request, and coordinate all of your requested "Extras" and add-on goodies to enhance your pet's visit with us.
